An application used to view .pdf type documents (which SPBF reports can be sent in) is "Acrobat Reader" by Adobe, and is available for download from the Internet.

At the current time the location of Adobe's site is www.adobe.com (Figure 1 circled green at the top of the screen).

On this web page there will be an option for "Get Acrobat Reader" or similar (figure 1 circled in green lower left of the screen). Click on this item to be taken to the download pages.

The downloaded program will be called ar40eng.exe, ar500enu.exe, or whatever the latest version of the program is. Double click on the .exe file to start the setup of Acrobat Reader.
