"Actually, I knew absolutely nothing about timber but it seemed like a good idea at the time," he recalls. 

"But we were in the right place at the right time because the economy was rumbling along at a million miles an hour and nobody else wanted to do fiddly little jobs like cutting lattice battens". 

"And we’re still using factoring and Scottish Pacific because we’re still growing and diversifying", said Garry. 

"We’ve never had a complaint about our factoring from any of our customers; in fact, over the years several of them have become clients of Scottish Pacific after seeing the service in action," he said.
